MR. GEORGE N. R. COLE CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER George Cole (45) is a New Zealand educated Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration. He was appointed CFO in February 2010, having previously held the position of Financial Controller since April 2008. George has worked in in Kazakhstan and Russia since 1994. Prior to joining Frontier, he held a number of senior financial and administrative roles with resource and services companies, including; Glencore, Celtic Resources, KIS/Orion LLP and Bakyrchik Gold. |

MR. THOMAS I. SINCLAIR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Thomas Sinclair (41) is a qualified chartered accountant from New Zealand and has 19 years' international financial management experience, including 12 years' direct experience in the CIS and Kazakhstan where he started as finance manager for the Moonstone Group, which was involved in gold and diamond exploration in Kazakhstan. He then joined Cameco Corporation as a finance manager on their Inkai uranium project in Kazakhstan and as a financial consultant to their Kumtor Gold project in Kyrgyzstan. At that time he was also Treasurer for the Mining Association of Kazakhstan, consulting on tax and commercial legislative reform with the Ministries of Finance and State Revenues, in conjunction with the Foreign Investors' Council. Prior to joining Frontier in 2003, Tom worked for the Kazkommerts Group, Kazakhstan's largest private banking and industrial holding group whose investments included significant shareholdings in Kazaktelecom, PetroKazakhstan, Nelson Resources and Chaparral Resources Inc. He was directly involved with Kazkommerts' oil, gas and mining mergers and acquisitions and its financial reporting between Almaty and London. |

MR. BRIAN C. SAVAGE NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Brian Savage (50) is a founder of Frontier and served as a Director since the Company’s formation in August 1998. He was elected Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer on 12 December, 2001 and held the position until the appointment of Mr Sagadiev in March 2009. Brian has 20 years experience in all aspects of the mining industry, having held senior mining positions in the Bank of New York , Sharps Pixley and the Bank of Montreal. In 1996, he become President of Earth Search Sciences Inc (ESSI), a remote sensing company with applications in the mining industry, playing a major role in the Remote Sensing Mission to Kazakhstan (sponsored by the U.S. Government) and formed several joint venture companies in Kazakhstan. Brian left ESSI in 1998 and formed Frontier, having acquired the relevant data and local rights to the ESSI findings. He has a BSc in Mining Engineering and an MSc in Mineral Economics from the Colorado School of Mines. |

MR. BOYD W. BISHOP NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR Boyd Bishop (65) is a founder of Frontier and has served as a Director since the Company's formation in August 1998. He is also President of Bishop Associates, which specializes in technology transfer and infrastructure projects in the independent states of the former Soviet Union. Boyd is on the board of several companies in these countries, including SEMTECH, a technology development company in Kazakhstan. Prior to forming Bishop Associates in 1990, he was a Senior Foreign Service officer of the US Department of State, where he gained 22 years of experience in international relations, focused on East-West issues. He has a BA in International Affairs. |
